Pros: Intuitive and easy to use. Generates lesson plans, content and is one of the more reliable content generating AI platforms. 

Cons: Some features sit behind a paywall and the content is best suited to a primary school, lower Key Stage 3 audience.

Pros: Great for targeting reading levels and generating vocab worksheets, text analysis and critical thinking materials. Nice feature that links with Google Forms so you can create and share a quiz without making one.

Cons: Quality Control: Some users report that the generated content may not always meet the expected standards in terms of depth, nuance, or accuracy, requiring additional tweaking.

GAMMA.APP. Despite the name, this is not an App but a web-based AI generator. It creates presentations and documents from a prompt really quickly. Simple to use and quick to generate, its a useful tool, and its free!

Pros: Creates content fast and the slide feature generates colourful diagrams and funky layouts. 

Cons: The content and wording can sometimes miss the targeted age group so outputs need careful checking, always. Limited free outputs before asked to pay.

QUIZZZ. A useful quiz generating platform that takes any document (PDF, Word, Google Doc etc) and converts it into a quiz.  It allows teachers to create customisable quizzes with various question types, including multiple-choice, true/false, and real-time feedback, automatic grading, and detailed performance analytics

Pros: Easy to use. Has access via a free feature. Useful for taking existing documents to create a quiz without you having to input prompts. 

Cons: The quiz content is OK, might need a little tweaking to suit your students and setting. The multiple choice feature is similar to ChatGPT version 4 for comparison.
